It is so quick and easy to prepare a simple fruit meal. Berries are super nutritious fruits, packed to the hilt with vitamins and phytonutrients and anti-cancer properties.

Are you a person who thinks that fruit is just a snack? Think again!

Fruit by itself makes up a perfect meal and we eat at least two and usually three sweet and juicy fruit meals per day. The other meal consists of salads or raw soups. YUM!
